Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 21 March 2017 that Meryl Bushell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 1,905 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 March 2017 at a price of £8.00 per share and at the same time acquired 1,899 ordinary shares via her ISA at £8.02 per share.  Following the transactions Mrs Bushell's beneficial interest in the Company is 9,394 ordinary representing 0.05 per cent. of the total voting rights.
