Oxford Metrics plc 

("Oxford Metrics", "OMG", or the "Company")

Company name change

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG) the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that OMG plc has now changed its name to Oxford Metrics plc. From 8.00 a.m. today the Company's ordinary shares will trade on the London Stock Exchange under the new name of Oxford Metrics plc but will retain the existing TIDM of OMG. The revised name now accurately reflects how the Company is recognised in its markets.

The change of name will not affect any shareholders' rights. New issues of share certificates will be in the new name of the Company. Existing certificates will remain valid and it is not proposed that replacement certificates be issued in the name of Oxford Metrics plc. The resolution to change the name of the Company was approved at the Company's AGM held on 24 February 2017.
