Director Shareholding

Zinc Media Group plc, the TV and multimedia content producer, announces that David Galan, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, has today purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.149p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of the Ordinary Shares, which represent his entire shareholding in the Company, David is holding 0.06 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. David is also holding options over 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
