2016 Final Dividend Calendar

Further to its 2016 Full Year Results announcement, Forterra plc announces its timetable in respect of its 2016 final dividend.

The final dividend of 3.8 pence per ordinary share will, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2017, be paid on 6 July 2017 to shareholders on the register at 16 June 2017.
