The Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Nabarro LLP, 125 London Wall, London EC2Y 5AL on 26 April 2017 at 10:30am together with a form of proxy for use at the meeting are now available on the Company's website at www.phpgroup.co.uk.  Printed copies of both documents have today been posted to shareholders.
