Notice of Results

Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'the Group'), the developer and provider of patented polymer based technologies with multiple commercial applications, will publish its results for 17 months ending 31 December 2016 on 20 April 2017.

As previously disclosed, the publication of results follows a change in the Group's accounting reference date, extending the accounting period to 31 December 2016, to bring it into line with conventional company reporting timeframes.

The Group will subsequently publish its half-yearly reports to 30 June and annual audited accounts to 31 December in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
