The Company has been notified that, on 8th March 2017, Nick Sewell has exercised 56,192 nil cost share options which were granted under the NewRiver Retail Limited Performance Share Plan 2009.

In order to cover the associated tax liability, 26,504 shares were sold. Nick Sewell has retained the balance of shares, giving him a total shareholding of 149,932 ordinary shares.
