Annual Report and Accounts 2016

Following the release on 24 February 2017 of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016, the Company announces that it has today published its 2016 Annual Report and Accounts. The Annual Report is available to view on the Company's website at www.jupiteram.com/jupiter-fund-management-plc.

A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.

Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are expected to be posted to shareholders on 28 March 2017.
