Foxtons Group plc (Foxtons) announces that, following her appointment as Chairman of Admiral Group, Annette Court has today given notice that she will be standing down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the Company's Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2017.  

A further announcement about the position of Senior Independent Director will be released in due course.
