Dividend Declaration

The Directors have declared an interim dividend of 3.0p per share for the year to 30 September 2017. It is currently intended that this dividend will be in lieu of the dividend that would otherwise be declared when the results for the six months to 31 March 2017 are published in May 2017.

The dividend will be paid on 31 March 2017 to shareholders on the register as of 10 March 2017. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 15 March 2017.
