Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Lowest price paid per share                                                       768.50

Highest price paid per share                                                       778.50

Average price paid per share                                                     773.18

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 126,027 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £ 970,764.96.
