Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Robert Childs, Chairman, that he and a person closely associated with him have together sold a total of 2,256 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p per share ("Shares").

The transactions took place on 27 February 2017 and comprised 1,032 Shares sold by Mr Robert Childs and 1,224 Shares sold by Mrs Mary Childs both at the same price of 1072.151p.

The transactions were executed in GBP. The notifications made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.

Following these transactions Mr Childs remains interested in 1,509,610 Ordinary Shares.
