BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

Additional Listing

The Company announces that it has today applied to AIM for the listing of a further 429,028 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary shares. 

These shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the Eddisons Employee Shareholder Scheme and admission of these shares is expected to occur on 6 March 2017.

Following the issue, the Company will have 106,654,655 Ordinary shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
