International Personal Finance plc (the "Company" or "IPF")

Board Change

Further to the announcement of 21 September 2016, International Personal Finance plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Lockwood as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Justin, previously the Company's Head of Finance, assumed the role of Interim CFO in September. Justin will maintain his position on the Company's Executive Committee and is also appointed as an Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect.

Justin joined IPF as Group Head of Finance in March 2010 having previously held senior finance positions at Associated British Ports and Marshalls plc.  He is a chartered accountant and spent the first decade of his career working for PwC in the UK and Australia.

Gerard Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of IPF, commented: "We are delighted to appoint Justin as CFO of IPF. After a thorough and extensive search process, the Board concluded that Justin's experience and depth of insight into the markets in which IPF operates made him the most suitable candidate for this role."

IPF announces its full-year Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2016 on Wednesday 1 March 2017.
