Grafton Group plc is pleased to announce, pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), that Mr. Michael Roney, Non-Executive Chairman has been appointed Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chairman and Chairman Designate of Next plc, the FTSE 100 listed UK retailer, with effect from today 14 February 2017.   Mr. Roney will take up the role of Non-Executive Chairman of Next plc on 1 August 2017.
