INVITATION TO FULL YEAR 2016 RESULTS PRESENTATION

Essentra plc is due to report its Full Year results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2016 on 17 February 2017.  The results will be published at 07:00 (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website (http://www.essentraplc.com).
