CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

AO World plc ("the Group" or "AO"), a leading European online electrical retailer, is hosting a Capital Markets Day for analysts and investors today in Germany which will include a tour of its new distribution centre in Bergheim.

The event will be hosted by the Group's COO, Steve Caunce, and CFO, Mark Higgins, alongside senior members of the Group's management team. During the day a presentation will be given which focuses on the development of the Group's business model in Europe.

No new material information or update on trading will be provided.
