Change of Company Secretary  

Bristol Water plc announces the appointment of Colin Caldwell as Company Secretary with effect from 4 February 2017.  

Colin Caldwell has held a number of Directorship and Company Secretary roles within the telecoms industry, including Company Secretary at Orange and Ionica Group Plc.

This appointment follows the resignation of Stephen Robson as Company Secretary at Bristol Water with effect from 3 February 2017. 

Mick Axtell , Interim CEO, commented that: 

"Stephen Robson has decided to leave Bristol Water. After 15 years with us Stephen feels the time is right to move on to the next stage of his career. Over the years, Stephen has made a valuable contribution to the success of this business.  We will all miss his knowledge and expertise and, personally, I will miss the support he has given me since I joined Bristol Water."
