Dividend Declaration

The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a second interim dividend of 7.00 pence per ordinary share of 1p, in respect of the year ended 31 December 2016, bringing the total dividends paid for this year to date to 9.00 pence. The dividend will be paid on 17 March 2017 to Shareholders on the Register on 17 February 2017.
