Change of Director

The Company announces that Rob Chandhok is retiring from the Intercede Board on 31 December 2016 by mutual consent. Rob joined the Board in April 2015 and has helped steer the company through a key transition of its technology and go-to-market service roadmap. He has served as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees. The Board wishes to record its thanks and appreciation to Rob for his professionalism and dedication throughout this period.
