Dividend Declaration

The British Land Company PLC ("the Company") hereby confirms that the Second Interim Dividend for 2016/17 of 7.30 pence per share, as announced on 16 November 2016, will be a Property Income Distribution. The Company will not be offering a SCRIP alternative with this dividend.
