Shareholding change  

On 15 December 2016 Capstone Infrastructure Corporation ("Capstone") sold its 50% indirect interest in Bristol Water plc to a wholly owned subsidiary of iCON Infrastructure Partners III, L.P. ("iCON"), Capstone's ultimate parent entity.  Following its acquisition of a 30% stake in Bristol Water from Suez on 15 December 2016, iCON indirectly controls  80% of Bristol Water plc's shares with the remainder controlled by Itochu Corporation.
