Directorate Change 

As was announced on 15 November 2016 Luis Garcia has stepped down from the CEO role on 15 December 2016 and returned to a senior role within Suez.  Mick Axtell, currently CFO, is to act as Interim CEO with effect from 16 December 2016 in addition to his CFO role.  The recruitment process for Bristol Water's new CEO is complete and an announcement will be made very shortly.

Miquel Anglada, formerly Finance Director at the Company, has resigned with immediate effect from his role as a non-executive director following the completion of the sale of Suez's interests in Bristol Water to iCON Infrastructure Partners III, L.P.   

Bristol Water Chairman, Keith Ludeman, said:

"Mick Axtell has done an excellent job as the CFO of Bristol Water and so I'm pleased that he will lead Bristol Water through the transition period until the new CEO joins us. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Luis Garcia and Miquel Anglada for all  they have done for the Company."

There are no further details or disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13R in respect of Mr Axtell.
