Directorate Change

Tracey Wood is to join the Board as from 1 January 2017 as an independent non-executive director. Tracey Wood is currently Legal Director and Company Secretary and holds responsibility for HR at Costain Group plc.  Tracey will succeed Chris Curling as chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee in February 2017 after a handover from Chris Curling who is to retire from the Board on 28 February 2017.

Keith Ludeman, Chairman of the Company, welcomed the news:

We are delighted to bring Tracey on board and appreciative that Costain Group are supporting her taking on this non executive role at Bristol Water.  At the same time we are saying thank you and goodbye to Chris Curling who has contributed significantly to both the Board and the Company for over 12 years.
