Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc 

The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc announces that on 14 December 2016 the Company purchased 395,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 86.25 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 209,037,921 shares of which 9,484,214 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc is 199,553,707 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
