AGM Statement

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, will hold its Annual General Meeting today at noon at Lynx Business Park, Fordham Road, Snailwell, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire CB8 7NY.

At the meeting Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, will provide shareholders with the following update:

"We are delighted that once again we expect to report period-on-period profit growth for the six months to 31 December 2016.

"We expect unaudited pre-tax profit for the first half to be no less than £1.6 million, compared to £1.5 million for the same period last year. Both figures are before share based payments. Tristel continues to perform in line with Management's expectations and strategic financial goals."

The Company's unaudited interim results will be announced on Thursday 23 February 2017.
