Employee Benefit Trust Share Purchase

The company was notified on 12 December 2016 by the Trustees of the Hansard Employee Benefit Trust - Chairman's Fund (the "Trust") that on 12 December 2016, the Trust had purchased 43,428 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at a price of £1.10 per share.

The Trust holds shares, the dividend income of which is available to reward long serving employees of the Company (including Directors) when achieving defined criteria set by the Trustees.

Following this transaction, a total of 803,949 ordinary shares, representing 0.58% of the Company's current voting rights, are held in the Trust.
