Close of Accelerated Bookbuild

CVS Group plc (AIM: CVSG), one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services for small and large animals, announces that, further to the announcement made earlier today entitled "Proposed Accelerated Bookbuild", the Bookbuild has been successful and has now closed.

Participants in the Placing will be contacted by N+1 Singer to confirm their final allocations and a further announcement will be made in due course providing full details of the Placing, including the number of Placing Shares and the Placing Price.
