Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, announces that the Company received notification on 13 December 2016 that Mrs D. M. Dixon is now a holder of 21,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 10.149 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
