Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 07 December 2016, an employee exercised options over a total of 153 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules, and due to the maturation, of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2013.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application today to the London Stock Exchange for 153 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 16 December 2016.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,720,475 Ordinary Shares in issue.
