LISTING RULE 9.6.14 R (2)

Notification of change in Director's details

With effect from 1 January 2017 Tanya Fratto, a non-executive director of Smiths Group plc, will join the Boards of Mondi plc, a company dual-listed on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges, and Mondi Limited, a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, as an independent non-executive director. From the same date Ms. Fratto will be appointed a member of the nominations and remuneration committees.
