PDMR Dealings

James Latham announces that on 6 December 2016, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 6,968 shares to certain PDMRs of the Company under the 2011 CSOP scheme at 229.5p per share as below, and to Andrew Wright under the 2010 CSOP scheme at 197.5p per share.  The resulting shareholdings are shown in the table below.
