Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that Peter Hill CBE, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE: IMG) with effect from 1 January 2017 and will become Non-executive Chairman with effect from 1 February 2017. 

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
