In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that Peter Hill, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Imagination Technologies Group plc with effect from 1 February 2017, and will join the Board with effect from 1 January 2017.
