Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 05 December 2016, employees exercised options over a total of 3,790 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the CSOPI Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 3,790 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 12 December 2016.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,720,322 Ordinary Shares in issue.
