Change of Company Secretary

Carol Hunt, Company Secretary of Mondi plc, has decided to retire and will be leaving the Mondi Group at the beginning of June 2017. Jenny Hampshire, Mondi’s Assistant Company Secretary, will take over the role of Company Secretary of Mondi plc with effect from 31 December 2016.
