Versarien plc (AIM:VRS) ("Versarien" or the "Company"), the advanced materials group, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2016 on 29 November 2016.

The management will be hosting a presentation for analysts on the day of results at 09:30am at Guildhall House, 85 Gresham Street, EC2V 7NQ.
