Secondary Placing
The Company is pleased to announce that it has completed a placing of 7,545,453 existing ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share on behalf of certain Directors and founding shareholders of the Company (the "Placing"). The Placing represents 24.6 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. The Placing was principally with new institutional investors and significantly broadens the shareholder base of the Company.
