Zegona to appoint KPMG as auditor

21st November 2016

Zegona, the LSE Main Market company established to acquire and operate businesses in the European Telecommunications, Media and Technology (''TMT'') sector, announces that KPMG LLP ("KPMG") has expressed its willingness to act as auditor in place of Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte"), who has resigned as auditor of the group. Deloitte, S.L. will continue in its role as auditor of Telecable, Zegona's operating business.

Eamonn O'Hare, Zegona's Chairman and CEO commented, "We are pleased to welcome KPMG as our group auditor.  We have been impressed with the quality of the KPMG team and their understanding of the journey we are on, and we will be working closely with them as we continue to grow and develop our business."
