Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control and enterprise data integrity software, is pleased to announce the following.
Following approval from its shareholders at the general meeting on 17 November 2016, the Company's name has changed to Gresham Technologies plc and trading in the Company's new name is now effective.
The Company's ticker remains unchanged, and the Company's ISIN and SEDOL numbers for ordinary shares also remain unchanged.
