("PHP" or the "Company")

In connection with the scrip dividend offer made in respect of the fourth quarterly dividend for 2016 of 1.28125 pence per ordinary share announced on 6 October 2016, the Company announces that it has received valid elections from shareholders resulting in a requirement to issue 256,706 new ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares").  

PHP has therefore today (21 November 2016) made application for the 256,706 New Shares to be issued in lieu of the fourth quarterly cash dividend for 2016 to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange respectively.  Admission of the New Shares is expected to be effective on 25 November 2016.
