Content of the resolution adopted:

On Item No. 1 of the agenda: 'On terminated participation in Association self-regulated organization 'Alliance of energy facilities builders 'Neftegazstroy-Alians' the Board of Directors resolved:

1.1. To terminate participation of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' in Association self-regulated organization 'Alliance of energy facilities builders 'Neftegazstroy-Alians' (hereinafter referred to as Association SRO 'Neftegazstroy-Alians').

1.2. Vest Director General of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' Bogdanov Vladimir Leonidovich with authority to take all necessary actions related to termination of participation of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' in Association SRO 'Neftegazstroy-Alians'.

On Item No. 2 of the agenda: On participation of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' in self-regulated organization Non-profit partnership 'Organization of the construction market professionals' the Board of Directors resolved:

2.1. Approve participation of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' as a member of self-regulated organization Non-profit partnership 'Organization of the construction market professionals' (NP 'OPUS').

2.2. Vest Director General of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' Bogdanov Vladimir Leonidovich with authority to take all necessary actions related to entry of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' to Non-profit partnership 'Organization of the construction market professionals' (NP 'OPUS').
