Completion of Acquisition

PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company"), the specialist Spend Control software provider, is pleased to announce that it has formally completed the acquisition of Millstream Associates Limited ("Millstream").

This follows the announcements on 10 November 2016 in relation to the Acquisition and Placing.

Rod Jones, Chief Executive of PROACTIS, said:

"Millstream is a clear complementary fit to the Group and we are very pleased to have completed the acquisition, which marks the next step in our growth strategy.
