Result of General Meeting

Gresham Computing plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control and enterprise data integrity software, is pleased to announce the following.

At the General Meeting held at 11.00 a.m. today, the resolution to change the name of the Company to Gresham Technologies plc as set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 21 October 2016 was passed on a show of hands.

The change of name is expected to be effective later today, and trading in the Company's new name is expected to commence at 08.00 a.m. on Monday 21 November 2016. A further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.

The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the General Meeting will shortly be available on Gresham's website at www.gresham-computing.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the resolution passed will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
