Result of General Meeting

Active Energy, the London quoted renewable energy, forestry management and timber processing business, announces that all resolutions were passed at the General Meeting of the Company held in London earlier today.

Pursuant to the passing of these resolutions, the Company will now proceed with effecting the Gravendonck Conversion, the BEE Share Exchange and the Trident Share Exchange (together the "Transactions"), as outlined in the circular sent to shareholders dated 31 October 2016 (the "Circular").  Further announcements regarding the share issues associated with the Transactions will be made as soon as practicable.

Unless otherwise indicated, all defined terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as described in the Circular.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
