Board decision on dividend payment
The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited is pleased to announce a second interim dividend of EUR 0.27 per Ordinary Share in respect of the current financial year, which will be paid to shareholders on 16 December 2016.
The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 25 November 2016. The corresponding ex-dividend date on the London Stock Exchange will be 24 November 2016.
