CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 15 November 2016 that on 15 November 2016, Shirley Innes, a Person Closely Associated with ("PCA" of) Simon Innes, Chief Executive of CVS, purchased 5,750 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mrs Innes holds 5,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr Innes' total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding, is 252,225 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.42 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
