NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), CMC Markets plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification that the PDMRs listed below had acquired shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") as set out below.

The Shares were acquired under the CMC Markets Plc UK Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), an HMRC tax-qualified share incentive plan administered by Capita IRG Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), in respect of a purchase of Partnership Shares (through salary deductions) and a related award of Matching Shares. The Partnership Shares and Matching Shares were acquired on 7 November 2016 at 202.67 pence per Share. The Shares are held by the Trustee on behalf of the PDMRs under the Plan.
