Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

9 November 2016

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 9 November 2016 to consider the continuation of the Company, the Ordinary Resolution set out in the EGM Notice sent to shareholders dated 20 October 2016 was duly passed. The total number of proxy votes lodged was as follows:
