The Company announces that it was notified on 2 November 2016 that Dianne Whiteley, wife of John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company purchased 404 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,527 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 November 2016.
